After your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Domestic shipping takes 6-7 business days. We ship to the address provided by the customer; we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
We currently offer a flat rate for shipping worldwide. International shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays).
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Lou Dallas is not responsible for payment of this duty.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
No refunds or exchanges are available.
If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email email@example.com to begin a return authorization. Please write “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defected merchandise. Defection is at the discretion of Lou Dallas. Kindly note that colors may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
